Warranty
At Knockout Arcades, we are dedicated to delivering arcade machines of the highest quality, and we stand behind the craftsmanship of our products. Our standard warranty covers all our plug and play arcade machines for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase and protects against any defects in materials, hardware components and workmanship. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. This warranty does not entitle the original purchaser to a full refund of the product or a brand new replacement.
For added peace of mind, customers have the option to extend the warranty for an additional year from the date of purchase, providing you with a two year warranty period. This must have been purchased at the time of your original purchase and cannot be purchased after the fact.
Our warranty covers defects in materials, hardware components and workmanship. This includes hardware component malfunctions, issues with the monitor and audio, joystick and button faults, power supply within the cabinet, and software errors. We endeavour to fix any issues or faults remotely in the first instance. If they cannot be fixed remotely, we will send you replacements and ask for your assistance to swap out the faulty part. As a last resort we will arrange for the machine to be shipped back to us for repair and we will provide further instructions at the time.
Normal wear and tear is not covered, which includes damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidental damage, unauthorised modifications or alterations to the hardware and software, damage caused by acts of nature. Consumable items such as batteries and light bulbs are also excluded.
If you need to make a warranty claim, you must contact our customer support team in writing at support@knockoutarcades.com. You will need to provide us with your proof of purchase, the date you made the purchase, a description of the problem (include photos if applicable), and the serial number which can be found on the back of the machine. As a priority, we will evaluate your claim and determine the best course of action.
This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied. Knockout Arcades shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to special, indirect, or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the arcade machine.
