Returns

You are entitled to return your item within 14 days of delivery. After this date has lapsed, we are unable to offer a refund. Custom arcade machines or arcade machines with custom artwork cannot be returned within this 14 day period. If there is a fault with the item please refer to our warranty page for further information.

In order to be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original packaging, unused and unopened. If your item arrived on a pallet, you must ensure the arcade machine is still securely attached in the same manner received with the pallet strapping in place. There is a restocking fee of £150 for fully built arcade machines.

Items must only be sent back to our warehouse. We will provide you with a return address once we confirm the acceptance of the refund.

Before sending any items back you must contact our support team first at support@knockoutarcades.com with proof of purchase and reason for the return. Once we have received the item we will acknowledge receipt by email to you. We will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund. If the refund is approved, your refund (minus the restocking fee) will be processed and a credit will be automatically be made to your original method of payment within 14 days.

We do not accept exchanges unless the product has arrived defective and beyond repair.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We can arrange shipping on your behalf, which will be deducted from the refund amount owed to you. In all circumstances you must choose a shipping agent that tracks and insures the item during transit.
