Shipping

Shipping costs vary depending on size and weight. Delivery to Europe is possible, this can be arranged but you will need to contact us first so that we can work out the shipping costs and remove VAT from the purchase price. You will be responsible for custom and/or VAT charges within your country.

Arcade flat pack kits are usually sent out within 5 working days. Built arcade machines are ready for dispatch within 14 days of purchase, unless otherwise stated. This could take longer if we are waiting for your custom artwork if applicable. We will provide you with notice of a delivery date to ensure you are in a position to accept the item at your property.

The flat pack kits are sent with either Parcelforce or DHL Express for next day delivery once the respective courier has collected the parcel.

Due to their weight and size, the built arcade machines are securely shipped on a pallet. The shipping agent will only deliver kerbside, which is normal practice for any palletised shipping company. The truck will park as close to your property as possible, and as long as it is safe to do so. We highly recommend that at least two people are present to accept delivery as a full upright machine can weigh up to 100kg, depending on the size chosen. The driver is not allowed to help you carry any of the items into your property. We will only finalise a delivery slot with the shipping company once you have acknowledged our email of the provided date. If you are not present at the property at the time of the arranged delivery date there will be a redelivery charge of £80 before a new delivery can be made.

If the item is clearly damaged during transit please do not accept delivery and ask the driver to return the item back to the delivery depot.
