Shipping and Delivery

Delivery charges

For orders placed through our website for delivery to an eligible address in England, Scotland or Wales, delivery is included in the product price shown. There are no additional shipping charges to pay at checkout.

Delivery to EU countries is quoted separately and is not included in the website price.

Where we deliver

Northern Ireland

We do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland because of the additional regulatory requirements that apply under the Windsor Framework.

European Union

We can deliver to EU countries and have arrangements in place to meet the applicable General Product Safety Regulation requirements.

Please contact us before ordering so that we can provide a shipping quote for your location. Your quotation will explain what is included and whether any local import taxes, duties or other charges may be payable.

Dispatch times

Flat-pack arcade kits

Flat-pack arcade kits are usually dispatched within 10 working days of purchase.

Orders containing custom options may take longer. We will contact you if anything is likely to delay your order.

Ready-built corporate arcade machines

Ready-built arcade machines for corporate customers are usually ready for dispatch within 21 days of purchase, unless otherwise stated. Orders requiring custom artwork may take longer if we are waiting to receive or approve your artwork. We will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date before dispatch. Dispatch times indicate when an order is expected to leave our workshop, rather than when it will arrive.

Parcel deliveries

Most flat-pack arcade kits are delivered by Parcelforce, UPS or DHL Express.

We normally use a next-working-day service once the courier has collected your order. Courier delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.

The following larger kits are delivered on a pallet instead:

• 32-inch arcade kits

• Four-player arcade kits

Pallet deliveries

The following products are securely shipped on a pallet:

• 32-inch arcade kits

• Four-player arcade kits

• Ready-built arcade machines

For eligible orders placed through our website, pallet delivery is included in the product price shown.

Kerbside delivery

All pallet deliveries are kerbside only. This is standard practice for pallet delivery companies. The delivery vehicle will park as close to your property as the driver considers safe and reasonably accessible. The driver cannot take the item into your home or business premises and is not permitted to help you carry or move it. You are responsible for moving the item from the kerbside delivery point into your property.

Preparing for delivery

A full upright arcade machine can weigh up to 100kg, depending on the model selected. We strongly recommend having at least two physically capable adults present to receive the delivery and move the item safely.

Please tell us before dispatch if access to your property may be restricted—for example, by narrow roads, low bridges, weight restrictions, steep slopes or limited space for a large delivery vehicle.

Arranging your delivery

We will contact you with a proposed delivery date. We will only finalise the delivery with the pallet company after you have acknowledged and accepted that date.

Someone must be present to receive the order at the agreed location. If the carrier cannot complete the delivery because nobody is available, an £80 redelivery charge must be paid before another delivery can be arranged.

Damage during delivery

Please inspect the packaging and pallet before accepting the delivery.

If the order is clearly damaged in transit:

• Do not accept the delivery.

• Ask the driver to return it to the delivery depot.

• Take photographs of the damage where possible.

• Contact us as soon as possible.

If you cannot inspect the item fully at the time of delivery, or if damage only becomes apparent after unpacking, contact us promptly and retain the packaging while we investigate. Accepting a delivery does not affect your statutory rights.
